After World War II, our parents, Don and Ruth Campbell, moved to Fort Worth after Dad was Discharged from the U.S. Army. He later attended SMU Law School and he and Mom then began building homes in the Meadowbrook area of Fort Worth, starting with beginner homes and then graduating to fine, custom homes.
Dad opened his law practice in 1950 and then relocated to a newly built Office building at 3025 Race Street, in Riverside, in December, 1953. We've remained in our original Riverside location. Our parents' homebuilding went hand in glove with Dad's real estate closings with the Title Company in our same building. After Dad's death in 1978, my brother, Craig Campbell, became our Office Manager and main real estate Escrow Officer & Closer.
Craig Campbell attended TCU and is both a licensed Escrow Officer and Real Estate Broker. He is in his 32nd year of Managing our Office and Closing real estate sales and purchases. Craig and his wife, Barbara, have been married since 1987.
Maxine Richeson, who is our Escrow Secretary, has been with us since 1990. She's been in the title industry for many years and her experience is a big asset.
Jan Barbour, who is our Receptionist and in-Office Bookkeeper, has been with us for more than 25 years. Jan's abilities at working with Clients makes her a real asset.
Our Office performs closing services through Alamo Title Company for our real estate closings.
Don Campbell, Jr.attended TCU and
then South Texas College of Law. I came
into the law practice in 1973. We've stressed
the importance of Real Estate Closings,
Estate Planning and Probate areas of practice
because of the title issues routinely faced in
the closing of the sale or purchase of a
home.
Don, and his wife,Doris, have been married
since 1965 and have a son,Donnie, who
attended TCUand is a financial analyst.
