Our father, Donald Campbell, Sr. started our
law firm in 1950 and built a title closing office
that is now in it's 61st. year. Craig Campbell
is the Closer and is a Real Estate Broker,
also. He has more than 30 years in the
business and experience in the residential real
estate closings in our Office.
The paperwork necessary in real estate closings has become so overwhelming. 20 years ago, closing documents were generally no more than 5-10 pages of paperwork--today it's not unusual to have 40-50 pages of required closing documents!
It's important to have the assurance that the home you sell or purchase is closed properly and efficiently. After the sale or purchase satisfaction is what we strive for.
